Fiscal Free to NPWP holder.

My journey aboard this time is different with the previous one. There are new things when I’m going to take flight abroad through Soekarno Hatta International Airport. This policy is free of charge of Fiscal fee for the NPWP holder.Far hours before departure so over joy for myself, but it appears a great confusion in my mind, what has been applied properly, how to obtain the process? Does the process take a long of bureaucracy?

With the initiative to try my own search for information from colleagues and friends who are currently overseas in the near future lately. In general, they say not hard to get a free fiscal, we have proof of origin of the holder of the NPWP a yellow card or a letter that lists the number NPWP we apply. So I started preparing for the documents the process to free fiscal abroad before your departure. Document that need to be prepared are:

- Copy of NPWP Card

- Copy of Passport

After all document the departure day to live abroad. Once arriving at the Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Terminal 2, we find check-in counter according to the airlines that we will use. Show to check-in staff Ticket, passport, visa (if the destination is Visa requested) once we do check in and pay the airport tax IDR 150,000 and get the ticket voucher that we need to do next is to go to the fiscal counter. To get a free fiscal that we need submit to the free fiscal counter is:

- Copy of NPWP Card

- Copy of Passport

- Flight Ticket

Normally it only takes 15 minutes less for free fiscal process, if the entire document submitted is correct and complete. Fiscal counter officer will check our NPWP with their database just to confirm that NPWP is valid an active and does not have any problems with the process of compulsory tax time we run. After the data in accordance with the Director General of Taxes, the fiscal officer will sign the free-free fiscal and stamp in our flight ticket

Then we went to the free fiscal examination counter before we go to the immigration counter. After passing the examination counter next is the process of immigration checks. In the process of immigration checks will not be asked again in regard to dealing with fiscal and immigration inspections process as normal.

What Should be prepared before going abroad

Preparation abroad from Indonesia.

Sometimes for the first time that we want to go overseas, the first thing we experienced was confusion about what needs to be prepared, the following documents that we need to prepare an outline:

Passport
Check and make sure that your passport validity period is longer than the period we live in a foreign country, usually the passport is valid more than 6 months from the time we go to abroad (the requirements of Visa, the passport must be valid more than 6 months ahead) div align="justify">
Visa
Visa is a document issued by the country in which we will live. Make sure that we have already obtained a visa from the destination Country before you leave. Visa is an absolute requirement to enter the Visiting State. There are various types of visa according to the purpose of our activities to the country.

Flight Details.
Make sure your date of departure by plane, through the airport where you will be abroad, if your flight is not direct to the country / destination airport, make sure flight connection from one transit airport to airport or from transit airport to your final destination airport. Note carefully schedule your flights, connection flight, the long transit time.

Baggage and goods carried
Bring articles or goods for your main purpose. Make sure that valuables should not be put in the luggage, keep valuables in hand carry luggage. There are a limited amount of goods are allowed to take liquid into the aircraft cabin / hand carry luggage, be sure not exceed the limit of the specified goods or you will be confiscated and will be stored / disposed by airport security officials. For goods that will be the default input to ensure that the aircraft baggage weighing not pass the limit allowed by the airlines, if you go through baggage weight limit will be charged an excess baggage weight per kg of charge in accordance with the regulations concerned airlines. Make sure that your goods do not infringe the default rule or not is the goods that are forbidden entry to the country of destination.


Supporting Document
To make matters immigration when you depart to the destination or arrive in the country make sure you have documents that explain where you will live, the address family or business contact. With these documents will have to expedite the process in the immigration purpose of your country.
